Stanworth rock cutting is visible in the middle of the picture. Progress here appears to be slow, with a pit of broken rock in the middle of the cutting attended to by a group of construction vehicles. In the distance, beyond the contract boundary, a range of mobile cranes have arrived, and it looks like the environmental protestors are no longer present.
