The new bridges at the M6 interchange are clearly seen here. The steel spans of the new viaduct are, intriguingly, not evenly spaced across the width of the structure. On the right, a new embankment has had its facing slopes completed, and rises above the level of the road to hide the motorway interchange from its surroundings.
