Leeds-Liverpool Canal underbridge, view north (see all photos of the same view)

The bridge has been finished for some time now, and even has two completed carriageways laid across it, but scaffolding has appeared on the south side suspended underneath the structure. It's not clear why, but it may only be for inspections.
