A6 overbridge, view west (see all photos of the same view)

Under the A6 bridge, at the bottom of the picture, the new M65 has three lanes in each direction on the short length between its two motorway interchanges. This section was designed to allow for future widening to four lanes each way, and the A6 bridge includes extra space underneath for this reason.
